摘要
基于UG NX8.0软件平台,详细介绍了某悬索桥主索鞍的空间曲面造型方法;结合该构件的二维工程图纸,建立了三维实体模型。该模型设计精度高,可用于细节结构分析和创新设计,为构件的刀具轨迹生成和数控模拟加工奠定了基础。该三维实体造型有助于合理规划主索鞍的加工工艺流程,为类似大型复杂构件的设计制造提供了新的加工思路和技术参考。
Based on UG NX8.0 software platform,the curved surface modeling method of a suspension bridge main cable saddle was introduced in detail,and 3D(three-dimensional) solid model was established according to the 2D(two-dimensional)engineering drawings of the component.The model design precision is high enough for the application of both the detail structural analysis and the innovation design,and it sets up a foundation for the following tooling path generation and NC machining simulation of component.This 3D solid modeling will be helpful to the rational planning of the main cable saddle processing technology,and provide new processing approaches and the technical reference for the development and manufacture of similar large-scale complex components.
