摘要 新能源老年人代步车作为绿色出行的交通工具,其造型设计和车架选材成为工业设计领域重要的研究方向。为达到代步车轻量化的设计目标,协调了选材、成本与环保三者的关系,通过对相关文献的整理和分析,梳理了近年来轻量化设计在交通工具领域的研究进展,确定了代步车轻量化设计的两大方向,即车架造型设计和材料选择。使用有限元软件Abaqus对材料指数和结构的可行性进行了分析。最终设计出一款车架结构简约的镁合金材料老年代步车,不仅满足了其功能要求和经济性原则,也减轻了其质量,为新能源代步车的绿色设计研究提供了参考。 New energy elderly scooter,as the green travel vehicles,which modeling design and frame material selection has become an important research direction in the field of industrial design.In order to archive the target of lightweight design,the relationships among material selection,cost and environmental protection were coordinated.The recent research process of lightweight design in the field of transportation was combed througth the relevant literature collection and analysis.Therefore,the two directions of the scooter lightweight design were dertermined,which were frame modeling design and material selection.The finite element analysis software Abaqus was performed to analyze the material index and structural feasibility.Finally,a new electric elderly scooter with contracted magnesium alloy frame structure was designed.The product not only meet the functional requirement and economic principles,but also loose the weight.This design provided a feasible scientific reference for environmental design of new energy scooter.
