一款电动摩托车车架的有限元分析和强度评价 被引量:8

摘要 为满足用户对车架安全和成本控制的需求,对某电动摩托车车架进行有限元静力分析。结合车架本身结构特点和实际承载情况,运用NX Nastran软件,建立了电动摩托车车架有限元计算分析模型,分析了水平工况、垂直工况、座垫工况等3种车架受力极限工况及车架弯曲工况下的应力与变形。结果表明,该电动摩托车车架在成本可控的情况下,能够满足安全强度的要求,可为此类产品设计提供一种可行的技术途径。 In order to satisfy the users′ requirement of frame safety and cost control,static finite element analyses were performed on an electric motorcycle frame.Combining with the structure characteristics of the frame and the actual bearing condition,the finite element analysis model of this electric motorcycle frame was established using NX Nastran software and.The stress and deformation distribution of the frame were analyzed under four working conditions,including horizontal working condition,vertical working condition,cushion working condition and bending working condition.The results revealed that the electric motorcycle frame could meet the requirements of the safety intensity under controllable cost,witch could provide a feasible technical way for the design of such products.
