网球运动员体能训练内容的体系研究 被引量:10

摘要 通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法等方法对有关网球训练中体能训练内容的研究成果进行归纳和分析。研究表明:我国网球体能训练内容主要有力量、速度、耐力3种素质,灵敏素质和柔韧素质在训练中所占比例较小;网球体能训练与其他竞技能力训练结合不密切,无法发挥出"整体功能大于部分功能之和"的效果,因而整体的竞技能力得不到显著提高。借鉴世界优秀网球运动员的训练经验,完善网球体能训练系统,将体能水平与技战术水平、心智能力等充分结合,并合理分配各种运动素质训练的时间和比例,挖掘出具有我国特色的特长竞技能力。 By using the literature and logic analysis to generalize and analyze the researches about tennis physical training.The results showed that the content of tennis training in our country was mainly composed of three kinds of qualities,strength,speed and endurance,the proportion of sensitive and flexible quality was smaller in training.The combination of tennis physical training and other competitive ability training was not close,and cannot show up "overall function was greater than the sum of part function" which led to the overall competitive ability not significantly improved.Based on the training experience of elite tennis players worldwide,this paper put forward suggestions to perfect tennis training system,combine physical level with technical and tactical level and mental ability,rationally allocate the time and proportion of various sports quality training,and excavate the special competitive ability with our own characteristics.
