摘要 为了满足"气化陕西,铁腕治霾"的需要、满足杨凌液化天然气(LNG)应急储备调峰站调峰能力、提高储备站卸车效率的需求,在确保LNG卸车过程安全的前提下,基于LNG成橇工程应用经验,进行了LNG卸车橇的开发设计及卸车技术研究。实践表明,LNG卸车橇实现了低温离心泵的精确控制和LNG槽车的自动卸车功能,提高了卸车作业的安全性及内地LNG储备站的卸车能力和气化能力。该设备满足防爆安全性能的相关要求,有助于推动操作流程的安全设计,避免因卸车能力不足而无法满足供应的风险,确保罐装现场的安全运行,防止天然气短缺。 For satisfying the policy of "Gasification of Shaanxi, Haze Control with Iron Hand" and the gasification capacity of liquefied reserve station, and improving the unloading efficiency of the reserve station, LNG unloading skid was developed and designed in view of the engineering applications and engineering experience of LNG skid. The practice shows that LNG unloading skid can achieve the precise control of low-temperature centrifugal pump and automatic unloading of LNG tank truck, and help improve the safety of the equipment and the unloading efficiency and gasification capacity of the reserve station. This equipment complies with the explosion-proof safety performance requirements so as to promote the safety design of the operational process, avoid the risk of the none-supply due to inadequate unloading capacity and ensure the safe operation of the tank field and prevent the shortage of natural gas.
