摘要
针对塔河油田掺稀稠油井系统效率测算中存在的问题,通过对SY/T 5264—2012《油田生产系统能耗测试和计算方法》中抽油井系统效率测算方法的深入研究,分析了现行抽油井系统效率计算标准不适合稠油井的原因,即未考虑抽油泵克服泵出口至井口的流动摩阻做功,导致稠油井有效功率和系统效率被低估。基于此认识,推导了考虑环空与油管内流体密度差、泵出口以上油管内摩阻和掺稀泵影响的有效功率与系统效率计算新方法,并进行了实例应用。该方法适用于稀油井、普通稠油井及掺稀稠油井,便于系统效率的横向对比,对于科学客观评价普通稠油井和掺稀稠油井的系统效率具有重要意义。
The system efficiency calculation method for pumping well in the SY/T 5264-2012 "The Method of Energy Consumption Test and Calculation for Oilfield Production System" is further studied to improve the system efficiency calculalion tor diluting heavy-oil well in Tahe Oilfield. The reason for the inapplicability of method of pumping system efficiency is analyzed, that is the flow friction resistance from the pomp outlet to the wellhead, which results in the underestimation of pumping effective power and system efficiency. Based on this un- derstanding, a new method is proposed and applied to calculate the effective power and system efficiency by consid- ering the effects of the annulus-tubing fluid density difference, the tubing friction above the pump outlet and dilu- ting pump. This method is available for diluting, common heavy-oil and diluting heavy-oil wells, which facilitates the comparison of system efficiency. This research could provide certain significance for the scientific and objective evaluation of the system efficiency in common heavy-oil and diluting heavy-oil wells.
