导管消融术治疗儿童心动过速性心肌病1例

摘要 1病例患者男性,12岁,主因“室缺修补术后11年,间断心悸2年,再发10d”于2015-12-11入住郑州大学第一附属医院心血管内科.患者12年前出生后发现“室间隔缺损”,于11年前行“室间隔缺损修补术”,术后生长发育正常,无特殊症状出现,2年前无明显诱因间断出现心悸,未给予特殊处理.患者入院前10d再发心悸,伴胸闷、气喘,当地医院按“肺炎”处理,效果差,后转至我科治疗.
