摘要 为全面了解鹤立湖浮游植物群落结构及多样性特征,在2016年5月、7月和9月分三次进行采样调查,共设置4个断面,每个断面分别在左、中、右及不同深度进行分层采样。此次调查共鉴定出蓝藻、绿藻、硅藻、金藻4门32种及变种,优势种以硅藻-绿藻为主。丰度变化范围在16.8×10~4ind/L^166.8×10~4ind/L之间,生物量在0.33mg/L^2.73mg/L之间。Shannon-Wiener指数、Margalef种类丰富度指数和Pielou均匀度指数平均值的最大值均出现在5月,最小值都出现在7月。鹤立湖周边植被较好,人为干扰少,因此整体水质较好。 In order to fully understand the phytoplankton community structure and biodiversity characteristics of Heli lake, three sampie surveys had been conducted, in May, July and September, in the year of 2016, with a total of 4 sections. The sampling had been done in the left, middle and right part respectively, along with different depth condition.The survey identified four phyla: Baeillariophyceae, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Chrysophyte with 32 species and varieties, and the dominant species were diatom-green algae. The range of abundance is between 16.8× 10^4 ind/L - 166.8× 10^4 ind/L, and the biomass is between 0.33 mg/L - 2.73 mg/L. For the diversity indexes of Shannon-Wiener, Margalef and Pielou, the maximum average indexes all appeared in May, and the minimum aver- age indexes appeared in July. With more plants and less human affecting around the experiment location, Heli Lake, the water condi- tion there is considered as qualified, which is beneficial for the whole survey.
