摘要
随着内河航道等级的提升,桥梁净空不满足要求,为确保既有桥梁满足航道运营安全,桥梁上部结构同步顶升技术逐渐被推广应用。由于该项技术的特殊性在具体实施过程中必须对桥梁结构进行实时动态监测。文章依托湖州市南林大桥主动顶升工程,通过收集桥梁顶升过程中的实测数据,从统计学角度分析了桥面沉降、主墩水平位移、主桥累计不同步位移、桥面中心水平位移、应力、裂缝、桥面伸缩缝等随桥梁顶升及时间的变化规律。以此了解桥梁结构在顶升过程中及后续地铁施工过程中的变化状况,从而及时了解桥梁结构损伤位置及程度,进而对桥梁结构的安全状况做出评价,并提出有效处理措施。
With the upgrading navigation channel,bridge clearance does not meet the requirements.In order to ensure the operational safety of channel during the lock reconstruction,the synchronous jacking up technology of bridge superstructure is gradually being spread and applied.Due to the speciality of the technology,real-time dynamic monitoring for the structure of existing bridge must be done during implementation.Based on the reconstruction project of the Nanlin Bridge,the synchronous monitoring data in the construction process are analyzed.In order to understand the force changes of the bridge structure during the lifting process and subsequent changes in the process of subway construction,so as to understand the damage position and degree of time,and the security situation of the bridge evaluation,and puts forward some effective measures.This technology successfully is applied in actual project.
