摘要
我们从某机型发动机台架试验中出现的实际问题出发,运用对标设计、系统设计、润滑系统CAE分析等方式对该发动机润滑系统设计进行核对,对校对中与系统定义、总成方案、潜在失效模式、风险评估有出入的问题点,通过试验进行一一排查,最终得出实际影响该机型润滑系统问题的原因,设计优化并改善该机型润滑系统性能。我们主要对发动机零部件关键界面上摩擦与润滑现象以及整个系统的性能进行研究,最终使该机型润滑系统合理供油,优化发动机机油分配系统,改善每个耗油部位的耗油特性和确定机油泵容量使之满足关键耗油部位的要求。
In order to solve the issue which found in engine dyno test, checking the design of the engine lubrication system by using design benchmarking, systematical design and CAE, obtaining the potential root cause which affect the engine lubrication performance by the way of risk analysis, PFMEA and experiment.This article mainly study the friction and lubrication of the critical components and the whole system's performance, to make the oil feeding of the lubrication system more reasonable, optimize distribution of the oil feed, improve the oil consumption and further determine the capability of oil pump to ensure the enough oil feed to the critical components.
