摘要
我们介绍了活塞环的设计优化,主要是降低活塞漏气量。设计8个组合方案对比分析,根据计算结果,优化第一道活塞环闭口间隙和工作面形状对降低活塞漏气量最为有效,最终选出最优的活塞环优化组合方案。
To reduce the piston air leakage, this paper introduces the piston ring optimization. Eight groups of contrast scheme are designed. According to the analysis results, the first piston ring silent gap and section shape optimized can reduce the piston air leakage best. Eventually, the best scheme from the eight groups of contrast scheme are selected.
