摘要
增压直喷发动机目前成为市场主流,而爆震是限制增压直喷发动机热效率的主要因素。我们主要对发动机爆震的现象,爆震与早燃的区别,爆震的产生机理进行了深入的分析研究,对爆震产生的危害进行阐述,并从多角度、多维度对爆震产生的原因进行深入分析,给出发动机爆震问题预防及解决方案。
For TGDI engine becomes popular in the vehicle market, and knocking is the main limit on the thermal efficiency of TGDI engine. In this article, the phenomenon of knocking, the difference between knocking and pre-ignition, and the mechanics of knocking are deeply analyzed. The description of knocking damage and the detailed reasons causing knocking in several aspects and dimensions are given. The solutions to avoid and prevent knocking are discussed in the end.
