摘要
GRE发动机作为增程器使用时,相较于传统发动机而言工作工况单一,并且基本维持在发动机高效区域运转,因此提升发动机效率是降低增程器发动机油耗的主要方向。我们主要介绍的是根据增程器发动机对机油泵性能的需求,对机油泵进行设计优化,通过降低转排量以及叶片数量来降低机油泵能耗,从而达到降低油耗的目的。
When GRE engine works as an extender, compared to the conventional engine, the work point is very simple, and always runs at high efficiency region. Therefore, improving the efficiency of engines is the main direction for RE to reduce fuel consumption. And this paper mainly, according to the requirements of oil pump performance for RE, optimizes the oil pump, turns by reducing displacement and blades number to reduce the energy consumption of oil pump, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing fuel consumption.
