摘要
高压共轨系统是目前电控柴油机广泛应用的先进技术。首先介绍了德国博世公司生产的电控柴油机高压共轨系统结构和检测专用工具,并阐述了故障树分析法在汽车故障诊断与检修的实施步骤。然后,以一辆长城吉奥柴油汽车出现无法起动的故障为例,介绍了故障分析与维修的过程,分析了检测数据并最终排除故障。最后,总结故障维修经验,并就解决相关的电控柴油机故障提出了若干建议。
Common rail system is an advanced technology which is widely used in electric-controlled diesel engine. This paper first introduces the structure of Bosch common rail system and its fault detection tools. Meanwhile, the implementation steps of fault tree analysis in vehicle fault diagnosis and maintenance are described in details. Then, taking a starting failure of a Great Wall Gio sedan as a typical example, the process of fault analysis and maintenance is introduced and the test data were analyzed. Finally, the above experiences are summarized and several suggestions are given to solve the relevant electric-controlled diesel engine failure.
