电动汽车通信控制器高速引脚中断试验的研究

摘要 在电动汽车通信控制器的引脚中断试验中,基于ISO16750-2:2012《道路车辆电气及电子设备的环境条件和试验第2部分电气负荷》标准和车厂特殊要求,利用单片机和MOS管芯片设计出可以实现微秒级高速通断的引脚中断测试设备,并通过示波器进行波形的验证。结果表明,本设备可以简单、方便、准确的实现车厂对通断的特殊要求,为车厂提供服务。 In Pin Interrupt Test of Electric Vehicle Communication Controller (EVCC), According to the standard of ISO16750 -2:2012 "Road vehicles-Environmental conditions and testing for electrical and electronic equipment-Part 2 Electrical loads" ,and the special requirements of the car factory, a pin interrupt test device is designed by using MCU and MOS tube to realize microsecond high speed on-off, and verify by oscilloscope. The results show that the equipment can realize the special requirements of the car factory on the basis of simple, convenient and accurate, and provide service for the car factory.
