摘要
本文通过采用NX 8.5软件进行三维建模和ANSYS Workbench分析软件对某热塑性材料躯壳专用接触器的结构强度进行研究分析,重点对现有产品出现问题的部位进行评估,并采用实物样品进行了试验确认。然后通过结构上的改进,并采用创新专利方案的应用得到改进后的热固性材料躯壳专用接触器,同样采用相同方式对改进后接触器结构强度进行研究分析和试验验证,评价确认了改进方案有效。
This thesis researches and analyzes one thermoplastic body DP contactor's structure strength by using NX 8.5 software to do 3D modeling and ANSYS Workbench analyzing software,focuses on evaluating the part with problem and testing contactor samples for verification. And then adopt the same way to make investigation, analysis and test verifi- cation on structure strength of the thermoset body contactor with improved structure and using innovative patent scheme, and confirms the improved scheme is effective.
