基于PLC的汽车零部件电气负荷试验装置的设计

摘要 为满足ISO 16750中对于汽车零部件电气负荷试验的需要,通过对相关标准的分析与研究,根据相关试验试验项目的试验参数和要求,采用PLC作为控制器,并使用触摸屏实现人机交互,设计出满足试验要求的电气负荷试验装置。本文设计的试验装置既满足了标准中测试的各项试验参数,也实现了操作过程的可视化,并具有性能稳定、可靠性高、价格便宜等特点。 In order to meet the need for the electrical loads test of vehicle component in ISO 16750 ,the electrical load test device was designed which is through the analysis and study of the relevant standards and according to the relevant test parameter and requirements. The device consists of PLC as the controller and the touch screen which is to realize hu- man - computer interaction. The test device designed in this paper not only meets the test parameters in the standard, but also realizes the visualization of the operation process, and has the characteristics of stable performance, high reliability, low price and so on.
