摘要
目前动车组上水位传感器的故障频发,严重影响了旅客的正常饮水。温度与外部强磁场可能是导致故障的主要因素。本文针对该问题进行了研究:实验室内搭建了极限温度场测试平台并研究了温度对干簧管的影响,搭建了磁铁居里温度测试平台研究了外部强磁环境对外部控制磁铁工作状态的影响。在搭建的模拟动车组实际运行环境平台的基础上,研究温度因素对干簧管及控制磁铁的性能影响,根据实验结果总结提出了针对动车组水箱的故障检测与诊断技术。结果表明:干簧管性能更加稳定,外部控制磁铁的性能决定了传感器的工作状态。
The fault of the water level sensor of the EMU is frequent, seriously atlectmg me normal urummg ~,,^- ter. Temperature and external strong magnetic field may be the main cause of failure. This paper studies the problem:the limit temperature field test platform was built in the laboratory and the influence of temperature on the reed tube was studied. At the same time, the magnet Curie temperature test platform was built and the influence of the external magnetic environment on the working condition of the magnet was studied. On the basis of the actual operation environment plat- form of the simulated EMU group, the effect of temperature factors on the performance of the reed pipe and the control magnet, according to the experimental results, the fault detection and diagnosis technology of EMU tank is extracted. The results show : reed switch performance is more stable, the performance of the magnet determines the working status of the sensor.
