摘要
教学技能是指教师在教学实践过程中,基于学科知识和教学理论知识,通过反复练习而形成的,为完成教学任务而具备的认识能力和行为方式。基于当前师范生教学技能存在的问题及原因,文章构建了师范生教学技能的形成路径,即小步子强化训练教学技能的基本路径,在学习共同体中提升教学技能的专业发展路径。
Teaching skills are formed through repeated practice in the process of teaching practice based on disciplinary and teaching theory knowledge. The teachers are qualified to have the cognitive ability and behavior mode to complete the teaching tasks. It has two characteristics: service and process. The paper constructs the formation path of normal students' teaching skills in view of problems and causes, namely to strengthen the basic path of training teaching skills by small steps and improve the professional development in the learning community.
