基于主成分分析法的中国城市燃气利用综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation on urban gas utilization in China based on principal component analysis method

城市燃气是天然气消费的重要组成部分,对中国城市燃气利用进行综合评价具有重要意义。通过对中国城市燃气利用程度的影响因素进行分析,从城市经济发展、燃气资源、燃气基础设施、社会与安全以及低碳环保5个方面选取17个指标,构建了城市燃气利用评价指标体系,选取中国32个主要城市为样本,基于主成分分析法对中国城市燃气的利用情况进行综合评价。实证表明:根据各因子得分及综合得分排名情况,可以较好地分析各城市燃气利用的优势和不足,同时与其他城市进行横向对比,了解城市燃气利用在全国所处的地位;通过地区差异分析,得出东部地区燃气利用情况明显高于中西部地区,且西部地区略高于中部地区。

The urban gas is an important part of natural gas consumption, and it is of great significance to evaluate comprehensively the utilization of urban gas in China. In this paper, the factors influencing the urban gas in China were analyzed. Then, 17 indicators were selected from five aspects of urban economic development, gas resources, gas infrastructure, society ＆ safety and low-carbon environmental protection, and the evaluation indicator system of the urban gas utilization was established. Finally, 32 major cities in China were selected as the samples for the comprehensive evaluation of urban gas utilization based on principal component analysis method. It is shown that the advantages and disadvantages of gas utilization of each city can be better analyzed according to the score of each factor and the ranking of comprehensive score. Meanwhile, the status of urban gas utilization in the whole country can be understood by performing comparison between cities. It is indicated from the analysis on the regional differences that the gas utilization ratio in the eastern area is significantly higher than that in the central and western areas, and the gas utilization ratio in the western area is slightly higher than that in the central area. （1 Figure, 5 Tables, 21 References）
