改良式骨盆带在不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床应用

Clinical application of modified pelvic band in patients with unstable pelvic fracture

目的:分析改良式骨盆带在不稳定骨盆骨折患者的临床应用。方法:选择不稳定骨盆骨折患者200例,依据治疗方法将患者分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以改良式骨盆带治疗。结果:治疗后观察组患者的骨折恢复优良率(96.0%)高于对照组(80.0%)(χ~2=12.121,P=0.000)。结论:不稳定骨盆骨折予以改良式骨盆带治疗效果理想,可在临床上优先选择并推广。

Objective：To analyze the clinical application of modified pelvic band in patients with unstable pelvic fracture.Methods：200 cases of patients with unstable pelvic fractures were divided into observation group and control group according to the treatment of patients,100 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional therapy and the observation group was treated with improved pelvic therapy.Results：The excellent rate of fracture recovery in the study group（96.0%） was significantly better than that in the control group（80.0 %）（χ~2=12.121,P=0.000）.Conclusion：The modified pelvic band therapy has ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of unstable pelvic fractures,which can be preferentially selected and vigorously promoted.
