脑脊液中寡克隆区带、tau蛋白及鞘内IgG合成率诊断多发性硬化的价值 被引量:3

Value of oligoclonal bands,tau protein and Ig G synthetic ratio in cerebrospinal fluid in the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis

摘要 目的:探讨脑脊液中寡克隆区带(oligoclonalband in cerebrospinal fluid,OCB)、tau蛋白及鞘内免疫球蛋白合成率诊断多发性硬化(multiple sclerosis,MS)的价值。方法:收集160例MS患者、145例神经系统非炎性病变患者及128例外科腰麻手术患者,检测三者脑脊液中OCB、tau蛋白及鞘内免疫球蛋白水平。结果:MS组脑脊液中OCB、tau蛋白的阳性率及24 h鞘内免疫球蛋白合成异常率分别为81.9%、73.1%、77.5%,高于神经系统非炎性病变组与外科组(P<0.05);脑脊液中OCB、tau蛋白及鞘内免疫球蛋白合成率联合检测对诊断MS的敏感性为88.1%,高于单项指标检测的准确性(P<0.05)。结论:脑脊液中OCB、tau蛋白及鞘内免疫球蛋白合成率可作为诊断MS的辅助指标,建议联合检测。 Objective:To investigate the value of oligoclonal bands(OCB),tau protein and Ig G synthetic ratio in cerebrospinal fluid in the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis(MS).Methods:160 cases of MS patients,145 cases of the nervous system of non-inflammatory lesions patients and 128 patients with surgical lumbar anesthesia were selected.OCB,tau protein and Ig G level in cerebrospinal fluid were detected.Results:The positive rate of OCB,tau protein in cerebrospinal fluid and synthetic abnormal rate of Ig G within 24 h in MS group were 81.9 %,73.1 % and 77.5%,which were significantly higher than those of patients in the nervous system of non-inflammatory lesions group and surgery group(P〈0.05).The sensitivity of OCB,tau protein and Ig G synthetic ratio in cerebrospinal fluid to MS was 88.1 %,which was significantly higher than the accuracy of the single parameter test(P〈0.05).Conclusion:OCB,tau protein and Ig G synthetic ratio in cerebrospinal fluid can be used as auxiliary indexes in the diagnosis of MS,and the joint detection is advocated.
