摘要
目的:探讨重症肺炎患者血清胆碱酯酶(cholinesterase,CHE)与降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)浓度变化及其相关性。方法:选择2015年7月至2016年8月收治的重症肺炎患者51例为重症肺炎组,选取同期接受治疗的53例普通肺炎患者为普通肺炎组,另选同期接受健康体检者49例为对照组,对三组受检者的PCT及CHE水平进行检测,观察PCT及CHE水平与重症肺炎的相关性。结果:重症肺炎组的PCT水平高于普通肺炎组与对照组(P<0.05),CHE低于普通肺炎组与对照组(P<0.05);普通肺炎组PCT水平高于对照组(P<0.05),CHE两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经线性相关性分析显示,重症肺炎与CHE水平呈负相关性(r=-0.768,P<0.05),重症肺炎与PCT水平呈正相关性(r=0.812,P<0.05)。结论:血清CHE与PCT浓度会随肺炎感染程度加重而变化,肺炎感染程度与CHE呈负相关性,与PCT呈正相关性,两者对判断病情程度及预后具有重要价值。
Objective: To probe into the concentration changes of serum cholinesterase (CHE) and procalcitonin (PCT) in patients with severe pneumonia and their correlation. Methods:51 cases of patients with severe pneumonia who accepted treatments in our hospital from July 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the severe pneumonia group, 53 cases of patients with common pneumonia were selected as normal pneumonia group, and another 49 cases of healthy persons who received healthy physical examination were selected as healthy group. Then, the levels of PCT and CHE were detected between the three groups, and the correlation between PCT and CHE levels and severe pneumonia was observed. Results :The level of PCT in severe pneumonia group was significantly higher than those in normal pneumonia group and healthy group, and CHE was significant- ly lower than those in normal group and healthy group ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The level of PCT in nomud pneumonia group was higher than that in healthy group ( P 〈0.05 ), and there was no significant difference of CHE in the two groups ( P 〉 O. 05 ). The linear correlation analysis showed that se- vere pneumonia was negatively correlated with the level of CHE ( r = 0. 768, P 〈 0.05 ) and positively correlated with PCT ( r = 0. 812, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The concentration of serum CHE and PCT are increased with the degree of pneumonia infection, and the degree of pneumonia infection is negatively correlated with CHE and positively correlated with PCT. Thus it has great value in judging the severity and pregnosis of the disease.
