一次性根管超充与适充对牙体牙髓病患儿咀嚼功能的影响

Effects of one-appointment root canal over-filling and proper filling on mastication function in children with teeth and dental pulp disease

目的:探讨一次性根管超充与适充对牙体牙髓病患者咀嚼功能产生的影响作用。方法:以牙体牙髓患儿180例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各90例,观察组患儿给予一次性根管适充,对照组患儿给予一次性根管超充,观察两组患儿咀嚼功能改善情况。结果:两组患儿治疗前、治疗后6周及9周疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患儿咬合力、咀嚼效率等指标均高于对照组(P<0.05),牙龈指数、出血指数、并发症发生率等指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一次性根管适充在牙体牙髓病患儿治疗中能够有效提高咀嚼功能,减少疼痛和并发症的发生,可推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of one-appointment root canal over-filling and proper filling on mastication function in children with teeth and dental pulp disease.Methods：180 children with teeth and dental pulp disease were enrolled in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group,90 cases in each group.The study group was given one-appointment root canal proper filling,and the control group was given one-appointment root canal over-filling.The improvement of mastication function in the two groups was observed.Results：There was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups before treatment and six weeks and nine weeks after treatment（P〉0.05）.After treatment,the bite force,mastication efficiency and other indicators in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.The gingival index,bleeding index,complication rate and other indicators in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：One-appointment root canal proper filling can effectively improve mastication function and reduce pain and complications in children with teeth and dental pulp disease,which can be popularized.
