立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的近期预后

Short-term prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by stereotactic surgery

目的:探讨立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血患者的近期预后。方法:选择高血压脑出血患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例,对照组给予常规治疗方法,观察组采用立体定向手术治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者出血量均降低,观察组出血量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血肿全部清除率为47.0%高于对照组的33.0%(P<0.05)。结论:立体定向手术治疗高血压脑出血患者效果显著,血肿清除率较高,创伤小,安全性高。

Objective：To investigate the short-term prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated by stereotactic surgery.Methods：200 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（n=100）.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated by stereotactic surgery.The effect of the two groups was observed.Results：After treatment,the amount of bleeding in the two groups decreased,and the amount in the observation group was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The total clearance rate of the observation group was 47.00 %,which was higher than that of the control group（33.00 %）,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Stereotactic surgery is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,with high hematoma clearance rate,small trauma and high safety.
