摘要
警务微信以信息发布与及时反馈、警情收集与研判、网上预约与查询、舆情引导和警民互动等为功能定位,遵循公开与保密相结合、常态化与个性化相结合、便利工作与服务群众相结合的原则,从反馈机制、平台建设、个性化需求的角度进行创新,并最终打造信息公开常态化、信息反馈及时化、警民互动频繁化的智能公安数字服务平台,实现让群众少跑腿,让数据技术多走路。
Police WeChat functions as information release and timely feedback, police gathering and judgment, online booking and inquiry, public opinion guidance and interaction between police and the public. It follows the combination of openness and secrecy, normalization and personalization, and the combination of work and service from the point of view of feedback mechanism, platform construction and individual demand. So we can create a public security digital service platform which realizes the normalization of information publicity, timely feedback of information and frequent interaction between the police and the public to make the mass walk less and the data technology walk more.
