摘要
采用单细胞小球藻处理乳制品废水,探讨小球藻在不同含量乳制品废水的生长能力和污染物处理能力,以及小球藻在乳制品废水中培育所得生物质的燃料提取能力。实验结果表明,小球藻能够去除乳制品废水中约80%磷元素和70%氮元素。在氧化前乳制品废水质量分数为75%的更适合于小球藻的生长,同时小球藻在处理该废水生长得到的生物质,具有潜在的生物燃料提取能力。小球藻不仅具有良好处理乳制品废水污染物的能力,同时处理乳制品废水过程中生长的生物质具有提取生物燃料的潜力。
Single-celled Chlorella was used to treat dairy wastewater. The growing ability and pollutant treatment capacity of Chlorella for dairy wastewater with different content, and extraction ability of biomass for fuel which cultivated in dairy wastewater by Chlorella were discussed. The results showed that, Chlorella could remove about 80% of phosphorus and 70% of nitrogen in dairy wastewater. The dairy wastewater with 75% mass fraction before oxidation was more suitable for Chlorella growth, and the biomass had the potential extraction capacity for biofuel. Chlorella not only has good ability to treat dairy wastewater contaminants, but also the biomass that grows during the dairy wastewater treatment process has the potential to extract biofuels.
