当前我国东部地区经济继续保持稳中向好的趋势,新旧动能转换加快,经济运行和财政收入质量进一步提升,成为我国财政经济平稳运行的"压仓石";但动能转换中的潜在风险亦不容忽视,需要加快改革,形成以财政为核心的"点面结合"新机制,并完善相关体制制度,防范公共风险,推动高质量发展。

At present, the economy in the Eastern of China continues to maintain a stable and favorable trend.The conversion of old and new kinetic energy is accelerating, the economic operation and the quality of fiscal revenue are further enhanced, and the economy has become the ＂ballast stone＂. However, the potential risks in the conversion of kinetic energy cannot be ignored. It is necessary to speed up the reform and create a new mechanism from testing units to the whole area with public finance as the core. We will also improve the relevant institutional system to prevent public risks and promote high-quality development.
