SOFC复合阳极材料Cu_xCo_(1-x)O-SDC的制备及性能研究

摘要 采用固相反应法制备了Cu_xCo_(1-x)O-S DC复合阳极材料。利用X-射线衍射技术对粉体的性能进行了表征,XRD结果表明CuO、Co_2O_3已生成了互溶新物质Cu_xCo_(1-x)O;Cu_xCo_(1-x)O与S DC在烧结的过程中没有发生相互反应,各自成单相结构。采用直流四电极法测试了Cu_xCo_(1-x)O的电导率,结果表明其在中温条件下也具有较高电导率,其中Cu_(0.6)Co_(0.4)O-S DC阳极样品还原后在500℃测试时具有最高电导率,达到了1 059.443 S/cm。 Composite anode materials Cu_xCo_(1-x)O-SDC were prepared by solid reaction method. The powders were characterized by XRD. The results show that CuO and Co_2O_3 have formed the new inter-soluble material Cu_xCo_(1-x)O,and Cu_xCo_(1-x)O and SDC do not react with each other and keep single phase respectively in the sintering course. The conductivity of Cu_xCo_(1-x)O was tested by direct current four-probe method. The results show that the conductivity remains high at mid-temperature and the reduced Cu_(0.6)Co_(0.4)O-SDC has the highest conductivity of 1 059.443 S/cm at 500 ℃.
