摘要
在搭建热电池热仿真模型的过程中,获取精确的材料热物理特性参数是至关重要的环节。分别采用热机械分析法、差示扫描量热法和激光闪射法测试了热电池主要材料的密度、比热容和导热系数,分析了比热容和导热系数随温度的变化特性,并采用多项式拟合的方式对其进行了量化。
Obtaining the accurate thermo-physical parameter of materials is a critical step in the process of building up the thermal model for thermal battery. The density, specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity of the main thermal battery materials were separately tested by thermo-mechanical analysis, differential scanning calorimetric and laser flash method. The variation characteristics of specific heat capacity and thermal conductivity along with temperature were analyzed and presented by polynomial fitting.
