摘要
为了研究煤的润湿性对煤炭开采过程中降尘方面的影响,以贵州六盘水原煤为实验对象,选用表面活性剂ASA-1和ASA-2,采用JC2000DM接触角测量仪,分别研究了溶液pH值、含盐量和温度对煤样接触角的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着溶液pH值的升高,煤样表面接触角呈现先增大后减小的现象;KCl对煤样的亲水性有增强作用;对于在ASA-1和ASA-2溶液中浸泡过的煤样,随着溶液温度的升高,接触角有逐渐增大的趋势。
In order to study the effect of coal wettability on coal dust in the mining,taking Liupanshui raw coal in Guizhou as the research object,and selecting the surfactants ASA-1 and ASA-2 as experimental materials.The JC2000 DM contact angle measuring instrument was used to study the influence of p H value,salinity and temperature on the contact angle of coal sample.The results showed that:the contact angle of coal sample increased first and then decreased with the increase of p H value; KCl had an effect on enhancing the hydrophilicity of coal sample; for the samples soaked in the ASA-1 and ASA-2,the contact angle increased with the increase of solution temperature.
