摘要
目的:本研究旨在考察中学生感知的校园氛围与校园欺负受害的关系以及学生卷入度在其中的中介作用。方法:采用分层整群抽样的方法,对湖南省7所学校2599名中学生用特拉华校园氛围量表(学生卷)、特拉华欺负受害量表(学生卷)以及特拉华学生卷入度量表进行调查。结果:(1)中学生感知的校园氛围与欺负受害存在显著的负相关,与学生卷入度存在显著的正相关;(2)学生卷入度在学生感知的校园氛围和欺负受害之间起部分中介作用,其中介效应为0.193,占总效应的比例为61.6%。结论:中学生感知的校园氛围对欺负受害既有直接影响,也有通过学生卷入度而产生的间接影响,提高学生卷入度是降低校园欺负受害的有效途径。
Objective: To explore the mediating effect of student engagement on relationship between school climate and bullying victimization in secondary school students. Methods: 2599 secondary school students completed Delaware School Climate Scale(Student Volume) (I)SCS-S), Delaware Bullying Victimization Scale(Student Volume) (DBVS-S) and Delaware Student Engagement Scale (DSES-S) anonymously. Results: (1)Perceptions of school climate was negatively cor- related with bullying victimization and positively correlated with student engagement. (2)Student engagement acted as a me- diator between school climate and bullying victimization, the mediating effect was 0.193, which accounted for 61.6% of the total effect. Conclusion: School climate has both direct and indirect influence on bullying victimization. The result sug- gests that it is necessary for the school administrators and educators pay more attention to the important role of student en- gagement in secondary school students.
