Consulting Effect of Group Situational Experience on Interaction Anxiety

摘要 目的:研究情境体验式团体心理辅导活动对大学生社交焦虑的效果。方法:采用社交焦虑量表和羞怯量表作为大学生社交障碍的筛查工具并以常模值比较进行筛查,将上海某高校社交焦虑量表得分高于常模的30名社交焦虑大学生作为被试纳入实验,并随机分配至情境体验式辅导干预实验组和对照组。结果:干预前,实验组与对照组的社交焦虑得分无显著差异。8周的情境体验式团体辅导干预后,实验组社交焦虑得分显著低于对照组[(33.4±4.6)vs(39.8±4.0)(P=0.023<0.05)],实验组组内比较显示干预后的社交焦虑得分也显著低于干预前[(33.4±4.6)vs(42.3±4.5)(P=0.002<0.01)];在羞怯量表上,干预后,实验组得分显著低于对照组[(31.5±1.7)vs(39.2±1.3)P=0.017<0.05],实验组干预后得分也显著低于干预前得分[(31.5±1.7)vs(39.6±2.3)(P=0.034<0.05)]。结论:情境体验式团体辅导对大学生社交焦虑、羞怯具有积极的干预效果,是深入开展大学生心理健康教育的可推广方式之一。 Objective: To study the consulting effect of group situational experience consulting on interaction anxiety. Methods: The interaction anxiety scale and shyness scale were used to screen college students who suffer from interaction- al anxiety. 30 college students who scored interaction anxiety scale and shyness scale were higher than the normal level in one university in shangha were selected to participant insituational experience group consulting experiment. They were ran- domly assigned to experimental group and control group. Results: Before situational experience intervention, there is no significant difference in the score of interaetional anxiety between experimental group and control group. After accepting 8- week situational experience group consulting, the score of experimental group was lower than the control group significantly [(33.4±4.6) vs (39.8±4) (P=0.023〈0.05)], the score of experimental group after situational experience intervention was lower than before intervention[(33.4±4.6) vs (42.3±4.5) (P=0.002〈0.01)]. Simultaneously, on the dimension of shyness scale, the score of experimental group was also lower than the control group significantly[(31.5 ± 1.7) vs (39.2± 1.3) P=0.017〈0.05], the score of experimental group after situational experience intervention was lower than before intervention[(31.5± 1.7) vs (39.6± 2.3) (P=0.034〈0.05)]. Conclusion: Situational experience group consulting has positive interventional effect on interaction anxiety, and it is one of the effective ways to promote the psychological health of college students.
