定子分割式混合励磁电机励磁控制系统仿真与实验

摘要 定子分割式混合励磁电机综合了混合励磁电机、磁通切换电机和盘式电机的优点,是一种具有自调节磁场能力的新型电机。以该新型电机为研究对象,运用有限元分析法分析电机的电感参数,建立模糊自适应PI励磁控制系统的仿真模型,分析负载不变,转速变化时的闭环系统变化情况。结果表明,采用模糊自适应PI算法可有效减小电压超调量,系统的鲁棒性好。搭建控制系统的仿真平台,实验结果与仿真结果相吻合,验证了理论分析与仿真结果的正确性。 The stator split-type hybrid excitation motor is a new motor which has the ability ofself-regulating magnetic field, and combined the advantages of hybrid excitation motor, flux-switchingmotor and disc motor. The new motor is studied in this paper, inductance parameters of the motor areanalyzed by using finite element analysis method. The simulation model of fuzzy adaptive PI excitationcontrol system is established. The changes of closed-loop when load constantly and speed changed areanalyzed. The results showed that the fuzzy adaptive PI algorithm can effectively reduce the voltageovershoot and obtain the better robustness of the system. The simulation platform of the system is built,the results coincided with the simulation results, verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis andsimulation results.
