A New Color Potato Variety-'Yunshu 603'

彩色马铃薯新品种‘云薯603’系云南省农业科学院经济作物研究所2001年以‘昆引6号’作母本,‘转心乌’作父本,经有性杂交选育而成,2014年6月通过云南省农作物品种审定委员会审定。该品种生育期116 d左右,产量在23 000~35 000 kg/hm2。薯形扁圆、薯皮略麻、红皮白肉维管束红色,有时维管束内薯肉微红,芽眼浅,商品薯率85.80%。干物质含量24.90%,淀粉含量15.80%,粗蛋白含量2.66%,维生素C含量19.30 mg/100g鲜薯,还原糖含量0.41%。‘云薯603’植株抗晚疫病、感轻花叶病毒病和重花叶病毒病。该品种适宜在云南1 900 m以上中高海拔区域大春种植及周边气候类似的区域种植。

'Yunshu 603',a new color potato variety,was developed from a cross between 'Kunyin 6'(female) and'Zhuanxinwu'(male),which was made in 2001,by Economic Crops Research Institute,Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and was approved for registration by Yunnan Crop Variety Committee in June,2014.The growth duration of'Yunshu 603' is about 116 d.The yield of 'Yunshu 603' is 23 000-35 000 kg/ha with oblate tuber shape,slightly rough and red skin,white flesh(sometime reddish flesh within vascular bundles),and shallow eyes.The marketable tuber percentage is 85.80%,dry matter content 24.90%,starch 15.80%,crude protein 2.66%,vitamin C 19.30 mg/100 g FW,and reducing sugar 0.41%.The plant of 'Yunshu 603' is resistant to late blight,and susceptible to light mosaic virus and severe mosaic virus diseases.It is suitable for planting as a spring crop in the area more than 1 900 m above sea level in Yunnan Province,and the adjacent area with similar climate.
