合理构建高校信息资源的探析

本文在阐述高校信息化建设的现状的基础上,指出信息化建设必须遵循的基本原则,并强调信息化规划的重要性。然后从信息基础设施建设的针对性出发,在教学与管理信息资源的和谐运作以及信息化综合能力的整体提高等几个方面来对学校教育、教学信息环境的构建进行思考和探索。

On the basis of expounding the current situation of information construction in colleges and universities,this paper points out the basic principles of informatization construction and emphasizes the importance of informatization planning. Then starting from the pertinence of information infrastructure construction,operating in the harmony of teaching and management of information resources and information from several aspects such as overall comprehensive ability raise to the construction of information environment of school education,teaching,to think and explore.
