益气润肺汤治疗AECOPD患者对临床多项指标的研究

Study on clinical indexes of Yiqi Runfei soup in treatment of AECOPD patients

目的探究益气润肺汤对AECOPD患者血气分析指标和血浆脑钠肽(BNP)及C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法选取我院收治的61例AECOPD患者,将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采取常规治疗方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予益气润肺汤加减。检测两组患者治疗前后的血气分析、血浆脑钠肽、C反应蛋白指标。结果治疗后观察组患者的血气分析指标,比对照组提高更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的BNP、血浆CRP含量均下降,观察组患者的BNP、CRP比对照组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论益气润肺汤对于治疗AECOPD有着很好的疗效,改善患者血气分析指标,降低患者血浆脑钠肽以及C反应蛋白水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Runfei soup on blood gas analysis,BNP and CRP in treatment of AECOPD patients. Methods 61 AECOPD patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group( n = 31) and the control group( n = 30). The conventional treatment was given to all the patients,and the observation group was added with Yiqi Runfei soup. Their blood gas indexes,plasma brain natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein of the two groups were detected before and after the treatment. Results After treatment,the indexes of blood gas analysis increased more significantly in the observation group than in the control( P < 0. 05),and the levels of BNP and plasma CRP decreased more obviously in the observation group than in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yiqi Runfei soup has a good effect in treatment of patients with AECOPD,which can improve the blood gas of patients and decrease the plasma brain natriuretic peptide and C-reactive protein levels.
