功能性消化不良与胃黏膜肥大细胞关系的研究进展

Research progress of relationship between functional dyspepsia and gastric mucosalmast cells

功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)的致病因素与发病机制呈多元化且尚未阐明,目前普遍认为主要与胃肠动力障碍、内脏高敏感性、幽门螺杆菌感染和精神心理障碍等有关。众多研究证明肥大细胞(mast cell,MC)作为一种免疫细胞可能参与FD的病理生理过程。本文旨在通过以上几方面对FD与MC间关系的研究作一综述。

The pathogenic factors and pathogenesis of functional dyspepsia （FD） are diverse and unelucidated.At present, it is believed that it is related to gastrointestinal motility disorders,visceralhypersensitivity,infection of H.pylori and psychological dysfunction.Numerous studies have proved that mast cell （MC） as an immune cell may participate in the pathophysiological process of FD.The aim of this dissertation is to review the relationship between FD and MC through the above aspects.
