彩色多普勒超声和超声造影在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究彩色多普勒超声和超声造影在卵巢肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月1日~2017年9月20日在我院进行治疗并经病理检查确诊为卵巢肿瘤的100例患者作为研究对象,将患者依次进行彩色多普勒超声检查、超声造影检查,比较两种检查方式的敏感性、特异性以及准确性,并观察比较良恶性肿瘤超声造影的参数。结果超声造影检查卵巢肿瘤患者的敏感性(96.00%)、特异性(92.00%)以及准确性(94.00%)均高于彩色多普勒超声检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);超声造影检查卵巢肿瘤良性病变的始增时间[(25.73±2.31)s]、峰值时间[(27.92±5.18)s]、灌注强度[(6.05±3.29)d B]和恶性病变比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在鉴别诊断卵巢肿瘤中,超声造影具有较高的灵敏性和准确性,临床应用价值比彩色多普勒超声检查更大。 Objective To study the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors.Methods From January 1,2016 to September 20,2017,100 patients with ovarian tumor confirmed by pathological examinations and treated in our hospital were enrolled as research objects.They were all examined by color Doppler ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound successively.The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the two methods were compared.Besides,the parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound on benign or malignant tumors were observed and compared.Results The sensitivity (96.00%),specificity (92.00%) and accuracy (94.00%) of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in detection of patients with ovarian tumors were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).In Contrast-enhanced ultrasound,the initial increase time,peak time and perfusion intensity of benign ovarian tumors were (25.73±2.31) s,(27.92±5.18) s,and (6.05±3.29) dB, which were displayed statistical differences compared with those in malignant lesions (P〈0.05).Conclusion In the differential diagnosis of ovarian tumors,contrast-enhanced ultrasound has high sensitivity and accuracy,and the clinical value is more important than color Doppler ultrasound.
