多层螺旋CT在结肠癌术前诊断和分期中的价值研究

Study on the value of CT in the diagnosis and staging of colon cancer

目的研究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在结肠癌手术前的诊断和分期中的价值。方法选取2015年1月~2017年3月我院收治的1000例结肠癌患者的病例进行分期研究,将CT影像学的分期结果和病理学的分期结果进行分析与比较,并对MSCT在结肠癌的手术前诊断准确性进行讨论分析。结果使用MSCT对结肠癌分期的准确性指数有以下4个方面:T指数的分期结果准确性为91.9%,N指数的准确性为88.5%,M的准确性为98.2%。TMN的分期准确性为71.3%。经过相关分析比较MSCT对结肠癌的个期准确性和术后的病例结果,最终发现诊断的一致性较好,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用多层螺旋CT对结肠癌术前的诊断和分期有着较大的临床应用价值,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the value of MSCT in the diagnosis and staging of colon cancer before operation.Methods A total of 1,000 patients with colon cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2017.The staging results of CT imaging and the staging of pathology were analyzed and compared.The MSCT was performed on colon cancer,and the accuracy of preoperative diagnosis was analyzed.Results The accuracy index of colon cancer staging using MSCT was the following four aspects.The accuracy of T staging results was 91.9%,the accuracy of N index was 88.5%,and the accuracy of M was 98.2%.The index accuracy of TMN was 71.3%.After correlation analysis and comparison of the accuracy in colorectal cancer and the results of postoperative cases,the results showed that the diagnostic accuracy of MSCT was better,without significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT has a greater clinical value on the preoperative diagnosis and staging of colon cancer,which is worthy of clinical use.
