瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗原发性高胆固醇血症疗效和安全性评价

Clinical efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia

目的观察瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗原发性高胆固醇血症疗效和安全性。方法选取医院收治的原发性高胆固醇血症患者226例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组113例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,观察组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗。进行8周治疗后比较2组临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及治疗前后血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]的变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为92.04%,高于对照组的77.88%(P<0.01);2组不良反应发生率比较(10.62%vs.8.85%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组TC、TG及LDL-C水平较治疗前下降,HDL-C水平较治疗前上升,且观察组下降、上升幅度大于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论原发性高胆固醇血症患者采用瑞舒伐他汀钙片治疗疗效确切,且安全性高,值得临床进一步推广应用。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy and safety of rosuvastatin calcium tablets in treatment of primary hypereholesterolemia. Methods 226 patients with primary hypereholesterolemia were divided into control group and experi- ence group with 113 cases each. Control group was given atorvastatin calcium tablets. While experimental groilp was treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets. After 8-week treatment, the clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, changes of blood lipid [ total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG）, high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） ] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observa- tion group was 92.04% ,which was higher than 77.88% in the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups （ 10.62% vs. 8.85% ） （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The levels of TC ,TG and LDL-C in the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment,and the level of HDL-C in both groups increased compare to those before treat- ment. The levels of decreases and increases in observation group decreased is more than those of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The patients with primary hypercholesterolemia treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets are effective and safe, which is worth further clinical application.
