摘要
联盟企业间既竞争又合作的竞合关系对联盟成败有非常重要的影响,企业需要具备管理竞合关系的竞合能力。采用福田汽车公司的二手案例资料进行案例研究,发现竞合能力包括三个维度,分别是竞合思维、竞合分析能力、竞合执行能力,竞合能力通过联盟企业间关系质量影响创新绩效,关系质量在竞合能力与创新绩效之间起中介作用。
The relationship of competition and cooperation among the alliance firms is very important to the success or failure of the alliance. Using second hand data from Foton Automobile Company,this paper analyzed the co-opetition capabilities which are divided into three dimensions,including co-opetition mindset,coopetition analysis ability and co-opetition execution ability. Co-opetition capabilities affect innovation performance through relationship quality,and relationship quality plays a mediating role between co-opetition capabilities and innovation performance.
