煤矿井下自动喷雾除尘装置系统设计

Design of Automatic Spray Dust Removal Device for Coal Mine

随着科技水平的发展,煤矿生产机械化的程度越来越高,但是,机械化程度的提高也导致井下粉尘的生成量越来越多,井下工作人员长期在充满粉尘的空间中作业,很容易患尘肺病。本文主要介绍教学三矿设计了一套风水联动自动喷雾除尘装置,在煤矿井下取得了良好的降尘除尘效果。

With the development of science and technology, coal mine production mechanization level is higher and higher, but also led to more and more underground dust. The underground staffs easily suffer from pneumoconiosis due to the long- term work in underground space full of dust. In this paper, a set of wind and water ganged automatic spray dust removal device is designed for Jiaoxue Third Coal Mine, and good dust removal effects have been achieved in underground coal mine.
