江苏电力需求响应的探索和实践

The exploration and practice of Jiangsu power demand response

需求响应是调节电力供需矛盾、维持电网安全稳定运行的有效方法。近年来,江苏适应国家电力体制改革和电网发展的需要,积极推进需求响应相关理论和技术的研究,并全面开展需求响应实践,取得了一定的成绩。从江苏电网的发展现状和需求出发,总结了江苏需求响应工作的经验,就江苏当前电网特殊形势下的需求响应实践历程和商业模式进行了详细论述。最后,提出了江苏地区进一步开展需求响应的设想与展望,为国内需求响应的研究和发展提供借鉴和参考。

Demand response(DR)is an effective method to deal with the imbalance between power supply and demand as well as maintain the safe and stable operation of power grid. In recent years, with regard to the requirements of power system reformation and grid development, the research on DR theory and technology has been promoted, and DR practice has been carried out comprehensively in Jiangsu province, thus some achievements have been made. Based on the investigation of actuality and demand of Jiangsu grid, experience of DR in Jiangsu is summarized, and DR practical process and business model in terms of the situation of Jiangsu grid are discussed in this paper. Finally, some suggestions and prospects for further study are proposed, which can provide references for DR construction of China.
