水资源与社会经济协调发展水平分析

Analysis on the Coordinated Development of Water Resources and Social Economy

水资源与社会经济协调发展是可持续发展的重要途径。为测度水资源与社会经济协调发展水平状况,基于水资源与社会经济协调发展指标相对指数,建立水资源与社会经济协调度计算模型。选取安徽省池州市为例,对池州市2015年水资源与社会经济协调发展水平进行分析。结果表明,池州市各区县水资源与社会经济协调发展水平由高到低依次为:石台县、东至县、青阳县和贵池区。并结合池州市水资源与社会经济发展状况,提出了实现水资源与社会经济协调发展的措施,对池州市水资源和社会经济可持续发展具有指导意义。

The coordinated development of water resources and social economy is a main way to realize sustainable development. The coordination degree model of water resources and social economic is established based on the relative index of coordinated development,which is to measure the level of development between water resources and social economy. And this model is used to analyze the coordinated development of water resources and social economy in Chizhou in 2015. The results showed that the level of coordinated development of water resources and social economy in counties is as follow( from high to low) : Shitai county, Dongzhi county, Qingyang county and Guichi district. According to development status of water resources and socio-economic in Chizhou, this paper put forward the measures to realize the coordinated development of water resources and social economy, which is of guiding significance to sustainable development of regional water resources and social economy.
