摘要
广东省潮州供水枢纽是韩江下游及三角洲地区水资源统一调配的关键性工程。根据枢纽原水情测报及水库调度系统现状及调度生产需求,提出了基于一体化管控平台架构的升级改造方案,分析新系统的主要特点,结合试运行效果,认为本次系统改造符合当前水情水调系统发展趋势,满足枢纽调度生产要求,并为进一步加强流域一体化调度提出了几点建议。
The Chaozhou Water Supply Project in Guangdong province is a key project for water dispatch in the lower reaches and the delta area of Hanjiang River. According to the present situation of original hydrological forecast and reservoir operation system, also the production demands, this paper put forward a upgrade reconstruction scheme based on integrated management platform structure. Analyzing the main features of new system and combined with the test results, this paper showed that this scheme was in line with the current development trend of water regime and water regulation system, and met the requirements of production. Also, it put forward some suggestions for strengthening integrated dispatch in the basin.
