摘要 针对传统的温度检测大多以热敏电阻为传感器,测量温度精确度低,线性度差的缺点。现采用某公司生产的数字温度传感芯片SD5020通过分段线性插值数据处理,使该温度计在-50℃^+120℃时误差值小于±0.1℃。SD5020在单片机连接时仅需要一根I/O口线即可实现双向通信,占用单片机的端口少节省大量的引线和逻辑电路。具有线路简单,测量方便等特点。 The traditional temperature detector mostly uses thermistor as its sensor,when this detector measures temperature it is not only inaccurate but also lacks of linearity. And now,we use another thermometer is used and it has digital temperature sensor chip SD5020 which is produced by a company. When this thermometers measuring range is at-50℃^+120℃,through testing the linear interpolation,its error range could be less than ±0.1℃. SD5020 just needs a I/O port line thencan achieve two-way communication when the single-chip connected,and it occupies less ports of single-chip,and it can save lots of lead wires and logic circuit. Also,it has other characteristics,just as ordinary circuit and convenient measure.
