摘要
论文设计一台基于半桥LLC谐振变换器的高效率LED路灯驱动电源,LLC谐振变换器兼具串、并联谐振变换器的优点,通过实现一次侧开关管的软开关,减小了功率器件的开关损耗,基于芯片TSM103W,设计了恒流输出控制电路,从而减少LED路灯的光衰。研制了一台400V输入,36V/5.5A输出的原理样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
Based on half-bridge LLC resonant converter,a high efficiency LED driver is designed. The LLC resonant converter has the merits of both series and parallel resonant converters. The soft switching of the primary switch reduces the switching loss of the power device. Based on the chip TSM103 W,a control circuit of the constant current output is designed to reduce the luminous decay of LED light. A prototype converter with input voltage ranging of 400 V,an output voltage of 12 V and an output current of 5.5 A is built to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
