The development of the Internet has a great influence on people's lifestyle and thinking pattern. The learning mode of adult higher education also undergoes massive changes. This paper introduces the changes of adult learning environment under the influence of the Internet from the perspective of the Internet thinking,describes the main features of the adult learning in a detailed way,and then makes an in-depth study of the effective learning modes of adult higher education from the perspective of the Internet thinking,such as learning whenever and wherever possible to increase the extensity of learning,broadening learning channels and fields,as well as the long-term preservation of information to enhance the learning efficiency,so as to effectively promote the sustainable development of adult higher education,and promote the construction of learning society.
