辽宁应用型本科院校大学生创业能力提升策略研究

Research on Improving Strategies of Entrepreneurial Ability of Application-Oriented College Students in Liaoning Province

在当前"大众创业,万众创新"国家战略背景下,提升大学生创业能力是走出应用型本科院校大学生就业困境的重要突破口。在深入明确大学生创业能力的内涵与意义的基础上,针对当前高校大学生创业能力培养过程中存在的培养方案缺乏灵活性和人本性,培养内容缺乏感染力和生命力,培养过程缺乏融合性和连续性,培养途径缺乏多样性和针对性等主要问题,提出因材施教、因势利导和因地制宜的培养对策,以期通过"三因"教育,实现应用型本科院校大学生创业能力的有效提升。

Against the current national strategic background of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation ",improving college students' entrepreneurial ability is an important breakthrough to solve the employment difficulties in application-oriented colleges. Based on clear connotation and meaning of college students' entrepreneurial ability,this paper finds out the main problems,such as lack of flexibility and people-orientation in the cultivation program,lack of affection and vitality in the cultivation content,lack of integration and continuity in the cultivation process and lack of diversity and pertinence in the cultivation channel,and puts forward measures of cultivating students according to their aptitudes,exploiting the situation to guide students to develop in the positive direction and adjusting measures to different conditions to realize the effective promotion of college students' entrepreneurial ability in application-oriented colleges.
